Summary:

Assists with patient / family education. Assists in planning and coordinating patient care

Demonstrates clinical skills to meet job requirements / hospital policy.

Formal Education Required:

* High school graduate or GED is preferred.
* Certified nurse assistant training is preferred.

Experience and Training Required:

* One year current clinical practice is required.
* Will receive orientation on nursing unit

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

* Must maintain confidentiality
* Must be thorough and accurate with legible documentation in the permanent record.
* Must follow policies, procedures, and protocols as written.
* Must be able to handle stressful situations with tact, diplomacy and responsibility.
* For nursing units that use telemetry: Ability to apply telemetry correctly

$15.45/hr - $19.01/hr

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
