OverviewThis is a Third Party Risk Management Senior Analyst role, reporting do Lead of TPRM. ResponsibilitiesProgram Development and ImplementationWork with the Lead of TPRM on developing and implementing a robust global third-party risk management programPartner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to build strong relationships and effective third-party risk management processesGather a full inventory of third parties and work on remediation and participate in change management process and data clean upAssist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the firm's operational activities and contribute to the development of processes and controls to mitigate such risks.Program Governance and ExecutionManage day-to-day third-party risk management processReview and challenge Inherent Risk Questionnaire responsesValidate Due Diligence Assessments along with Due Diligence artifacts for accuracy and completenessConduct ongoing monitoring of third partiesParticipate in third party performance management processEnsure terminations are executed in line with the processProvide regular reporting and status updates on third-party risk program, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels of the organization.Manage an inventory of third parties and fourth parties, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.QualificationsRequired QualificationsStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to third-party/vendor risk management on global level.Experience in developing and implementing a robust Third-Party Risk Management programKnowledge of developing policies, procedures, guides for assessors and relationship managersExperience with Contract Management and reviewsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with third party/vendor risk management platformsSkills and RequirementsBachelor’s degree2-5 years of experience in third party / vendor risk management, preferably in financial servicesExperience working with and managing teams of high-performing individuals in fast paced environmentStrong written, verbal, and oral communication skillsAbility to work cross functionally and influence othersStrong process and project management skillsProficiency to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adjust positively to quick-changing priorities and shifting goalsAbility to travel approximately 20%, including internationallyJob SummaryCategory: RiskPosition Type: Experienced Professional
