Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY FORCE PROTECTION PROGRAM DIRECTOR in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST
Duties
• You will supervise or lead a team by assigning and directing work, monitoring performance, establishing priorities and adjusting workload
• You will develop implementation plans that consider personnel, budget, manpower, and other management requirements.
• You will adjust plans and operations to account for shortfalls in budget, manpower, or other resources
• You will advise managers on funding allocations and realignment of resources during an execution year.
• You will develop strategic business policies to ensure effective operation of human capital management procedures and processes
• You will develop written reports to address manpower budget status, imbalances, or deficiencies Requirements Conditions of Employment

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide advisory services to the command on manpower policies/procedures and business processes; 2) Plan and execute large scale labor and non-labor budgets; 3) use knowledge of manpower and human resources process to recruit staffing and provide metrics identifying problematic areas; and 4) conveys written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience
