HSQE Manager Job Summary: 
A leading global provider of LNG marine infrastructure assets, is seeking qualified candidates for The Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) Manager role. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support timely management of the HSQE processes of FSU/FSRU terminal and ship reviews, database management, and technical support to the Organization, as well as leading efforts to establish appropriate ISO certifications.

HSQE Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to attain relevant ISO certifications
• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the HSQE program to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct robust investigations of any safety or environmental incident, including root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions and presentation to company management.
• Support reporting and compliance initiatives, including routine collection, analysis and presentation of shipboard emissions and other relevant data
• In partnership with the technical team, constantly review vessel emissions and energy consumption to pro-actively develop mitigation plans to drive lower emissions and energy use onboard
• Maintain awareness of emerging ESG and HSQE related regulatory requirements to ensure company is well positioned to pro-actively comply with all emerging regulations
• Maintain records and database of relevant incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Leading and coordinating safety reviews and reporting to senior management and Board of Directors.
• Maintaining records of safety incidents, safety performance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in the workplace, and developing strategies to mitigate or eliminate these risks.
• Participating in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Communicating safety and environmental performance to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

HSQE Manager Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing QHSE processes 
• Thorough understanding of HSQE processes including ISO 9001 certification and compliance, 
• Proven record of developing and managing of an effective incident response and root cause analysis program. 
• Experience overseeing performance of 3rd party ship managers utilizing LNG vessels

Pay Range from $150,000 – $200,000
