Candidate will support the NATO SEASPARROW Project Office (NSPO).As the Senior Lead Acquisition Support Specialist, you will:Provide acquisition and delivery support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.Provide critical support in protecting our countryWork with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionalsContinue growing and perfecting your skills in acquisition management.Receive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company.A week in the life of a Senior Lead Acquisition Support Specialist:Provide overall management and supervision of the Mid/Junior Acquisition personnel.Provide program acquisition support to include all actions in awarding and managing contacts and documentation including Acquisition Strategy and Acquisition Plans. Assist in inputting all procurement requests into the automated Standard Procurement System (SPS).Evaluate and propose acquisition process improvements.Conduct technical/cost/financial risk analysis and recommend mitigation to risks.Provide assistance in work share management developing share formulas and analyzing proposalsParticipate in developing acquisition plans, source selection documents, Independent Government Cost Estimates, justifications and approvals, synopses, and requests for proposals/quotes/bids.Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
