ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: A rotating shift starting at 5:00 a.m. and ending at midnight or later depending on the last scheduled flight arrival. Some over time may be required to meet deadlines or in the cast of Airport emergencies. Shifts will include weekend and holiday work.

Responsibilities

Under supervision, incumbent performs the duties of an Operations Specialist, in addition, the Lead is responsible for scheduling shifts and ensuring that required FAA and TSA training occurs, according to regulatory schedules, for the Operations Specialists. The incumbent will be required to work shift schedules as assigned. Position is a part of the Emergency Response Team and subject to recall for emergencies. This position may be required to fill in for the Operations Manager as needed and called upon to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Position requires an Associate's Degree with minimum of three (3) years of experience. A Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years related experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. If not already an American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Certified Member (CM), the successful candidate will need to acquire this certification within one year from date of hire. A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
