Job Description Summary
The University of La Verne in Southern California is seeking an energetic, dynamic full-time Director of Clinical Education for the Physician Assistant Program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years of full time clinical experience
- Current NCCPA certification
- Current unrestricted licensure (or eligibility) to practice in the state of California
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Experience in Physician Assistant education
- Excellent oral, written and computer skills.
- Ability to travel
- Ability to network and interact professionally with students, faculty and staff and clinical partners and preceptors.
- Knowledge of ARC-PA standards
- Knowledge of Curriculum and Course development
- Commitment to community service and diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
PA with Doctoral preparation or currently pursuing a degree
