_GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified OR Technologist to assist a premier Pittsburgh, PA hospital. This is a full-time contract with the option to extend._

Pay range $44-$46/hour

Schedule:
Rotating Shifts
13-week contract with option to extend

Responsibilities:
Maintain proper sterile technique during the procedure
Functioning as a scrub person, circulation assistant and member of the surgical team
Setting patients up for surgery
Assemble, maintain, and track surgical instruments and equipment
Inspect all packaged items to ensure integrity
Conduct pre-op, intra-op, and post-op surgical counts according to AORN standard.
Maintain the integrity of the surgical field during procedures
Scrubs for surgical procedures as assigned, maintaining proficiency in all surgical specialties
Utilizes principles of aseptic technique in performing responsibilities in the operating room

Local Pay: $44-46 per hour

Gross Travel Pay: $2,280
