Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.HDR is looking for a Project Manager to lead zero emissions infrastructure planning and fleet transition projects. The Project Manager will lead planning efforts for state, federal, MPO, county, and municipal projects, including general planning, technical evaluation, engagement, procurement strategies, infrastructure planning, and fleet deployment for zero-emission vehicles and infrastructure programs for clients throughout the world.  The PM candidate will be involved throughout the full project life cycle with a focus on delivering high quality technical planning documents to help out clients prepare for vehicle electrification.  The preferred candidate will proactively manage planning tasks, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications in support of the projects' objectives, and will provide technical leadership and support for the project team.This role is for a candidate that seeks the challenges of working within multi-disciplinary groups to address complex problems in this emerging market.  The ideal candidate will have a strong desire for problem solving, be willing to navigate a diversity of project types with the willingness to actively lead.Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of EV / Mobility Planning Project Manager , we'll count on you to:Leading the task team and guiding the client through infrastructure feasibility and transition challenges,Leveraging both technical and general planning experience and expertise,Providing leadership, ownership and expertise to the team and the client,High attention to detail and prioritize the details that truly matter to the project,High level of versatility and enjoys new challenges.#LI-JM8QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in related fieldMinimum of 7 years related experience. A minimum of 2 years management experiencePreferred QualificationsLed tasks within at least one highly complex project with a dynamic environment under a highly aggressive schedule.1 year or more of experience relevant to zero emissions implementationMust have ability to interact with various disciplines, have excellent organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills.American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification  Professional Engineer (PE)Strong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong communication skills, particularly technical writingWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for it's also about what you do and how you do it.
