Job DescriptionProcore Risk Advisors is the next-generation construction insurance brokerage leveraging technology and Procore’s deep construction data set to deliver a modernized insurance experience for builders. In addition, you will help shape the overall brokerage strategy, go-to-market, and be responsible for growth.What you’ll do:Own and execute on the business development and sales strategy to ensure we build brand trust and customer loyalty to drive new businessPartner with our Sales Development Representatives, Tech Account Executives to drive impactful new business meetings You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team passionate about modernizing the brokerage experience to delight our customersWhen marketing an insurance placement, work closely with our Technical Brokers to ensure our clients get the best program terms Develop a rapport with the team and clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor in all aspects of the businessMeet and exceed production and service KPIsAct as a trusted advisor to the client in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accountsPerform other job duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required.What we’re looking for:Undergraduate or equivalent degree requiredMinimum 7+ years of relevant insurance distribution experienceMust hold an active Property & Casualty insurance licenseExpertise in Construction risks managing complex commercial property and casualty accountsExperience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizationalCreative problem solver with excellent analytical skills and proper written and verbal communication skills to influence and motivate others while driving stakeholder alignmentExcellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlinesInvolvement in construction industry associationsAdditional InformationIf you'd like to stay in touch and be the first to hear about new roles at Procore, join our Talent Community.About UsProcore Technologies is building the software that builds the world.
