Pride Health is hiring for Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery Unit


Job title: RN- L&D (Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery)

Job location: 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ 07960

Shift: 7pm to 8am

Pay: $60 - $67/hr

Contract: 3 months (possible extension)

Certifications: ACLS - Required BLS - Required RN License - Required

Duties:

  • Has competent knowledge of all the normal stages of growth and development from Pediatric to Geriatric and delivers patient care appropriately.
  • Performs thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive and accurate.
  • Demonstrates professional practice responsibility.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures and is able to identify areas for clinical and professional growth.


  • Clinical Skills. Consistently demonstrates competent clinical skills.
  • Performs direct patient care activities in support of patient care delivery and team concept. Provides competent and appropriate nursing care to the population of the unit.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and skill of emergency equipment and procedures.
