Statement of Purpose: The Registered Nurse maintains responsibility for the provision of professional nursing care demonstrated through the nursing process involving assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning implementation and evaluation.# The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role-including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization (Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice-ANA, 1993).# # Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Certification / License: Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts.#Current CPR and ACLS#certifications.#NRP preferred. # # # Experience:#Labor and delivery experience preferred. # # MRMC Differentials: Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. Statement of Purpose:

Qualifications:

MRMC Differentials:

Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
