Resumen del puesto:

Este Ensamblador de Precisión será responsable de la preparación del ensamblaje y documentación de bombas. Esta posición también ensamblará una variedad de equipos y herramientas y realizará los requisitos de prueba. Además, el montador de precisión será responsable del desmontaje, limpieza, inspección y montaje durante cualquier proceso de reparación. Esta persona tendrá acceso a los materiales y herramientas más modernos en nuestras instalaciones para cumplir con estas expectativas y garantizar la entrega de un producto de alta calidad a nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades y requisitos:

  • Completar los ensamblajes de acuerdo con los planos, instrucciones y órdenes de trabajo, realizando pruebas cuando sea necesario.
  • Demostrar un conocimiento avanzado de los equipos de inspección, sus funciones y usos para garantizar que todas las piezas y ensamblajes cumplen las especificaciones.
  • Garantiza que todas las piezas y componentes estén limpios antes del montaje y que los montajes se completen correctamente, siguiendo todos los procedimientos de montaje.
  • Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y llevar puesto el equipo de seguridad personal necesario.
  • Manejar varias herramientas de medición de precisión, como micrómetros, vernier y CMM (máquinas de medición por coordenadas), en un entorno de almacén, así como herramientas manuales, como llave dinamométrica hidráulica y soplete.
  • Solucionar problemas de montaje.
  • Tener un buen ojo para los detalles y un enfoque orientado a los resultados.
  • Capacidad para calcular funciones matemáticas básicas, incluido el cálculo de tasas, ratios y porcentajes, y para convertir un tipo de medida en otro.
  • Participar en actividades CIP según sea necesario y cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de Flowserve.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos como planos y dibujos técnicos, normas de seguridad, instrucciones de funcionamiento y mantenimiento y manuales de procedimientos.
  • Capacidad para redactar informes rutinarios y comunicarse claramente con compañeros, supervisores y clientes.
  • Mostrar una mentalidad de servicio al cliente para la entrega a tiempo y mano de obra de calidad.
  • Aptitud informática básica para utilizar/aprender sistemas de introducción de datos y utilizar el paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extraordinarias y fines de semana cuando sea necesario y con poca antelación.
  • Demostrar un comportamiento que promueva el trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua.
  • Debe ser capaz de permanecer de pie durante largos periodos de tiempo y de levantar con seguridad hasta 50 libras.

Experiencia / habilidades preferidas:

  • Experiencia en taller.
  • Conocimientos de control de automatización y componentes eléctricos.
  • Experiencia como mecánico de máquinas rotativas, dispositivos mecánicos o como mecánico general.
  • Certificado general de educación o formación profesional.
  • HS Diploma / GED y 3-5 años de experiencia relevante.
