Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) in San Diego, CA in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site emergency medical support during all high-risk training evolutions.
  • Conform to and comply with the rules, regulations, and other requirements of the Department of Defense and Department of the Navy.
  • Maintain the personal standards of technical and professional levels of competence that are at least equal to that of the Department of the Navy military personnel undergoing training.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Have attended the Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) (A-012-0077) (or military equivalent), academic credentialing (teacher/professor), or instructor training via an academic institution.
  • Must satisfy all the EMT-B requirements for the State of California
  • Will be part of all underway training and is considered the Administrative Assistant to the Contract Site Lead.
  • Certified CPR/AED instructor IOT keep all contract instructors current with CPR/AED qualifications when not being used for training evolutions.
