If you're ready to make a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from youA day in the life as a Associate Category Manager, Global Licensing: Serve as the primary point of contact for licensees, delivering exceptional day-to-day communication and support.Assist the Global Licensing Team in various responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Lead communication with licensees on marketing, financial, and insights requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Provide support to the team on retail planning, presentations, and category insights research to drive strategic decision-making.Represent Hasbro as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with partners and ensuring alignment with brand values.Stay updated on the latest developments in the retailer landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.Represent the Global Licensing team in interactions with Hasbro's Global Brand & US Sales and Marketing teams. Serving as a proactive advocate for the Licensing Team's initiatives within the broader Hasbro organizationWhat you'll bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, knowledge of licensing business or directly related field.Minimum 2 years of category management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire towards success.Demonstrated understanding of brand/category positioning, retailer landscape, business development, and retailer distribution.Proven ability to react to change and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.Track record of successfully pursuing business opportunities and closing deals.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detailSelf-starter with a proactive and dependable work ethic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MAC specific programs such as KeyNote.In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the U.S. salary range for this role is: 66,150 - 122,850 . Starting salaries will vary within the stated range based on various factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skill set, knowledge, education, performance, market demands and budgetary considerations. The range listed is just one component of Hasbro’s total compensation package for employees.
