TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in Los Angeles, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Details:
· Pay: $240 Hr.
· Monday – Friday – 3p – 11p or 11p – 7a – they are looking for 1 provider to work the 3p-11p and another to work 11p-7a
· Daily Responsibilities: General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Regional Blocks, A-Lines a plus, Airway Management, ASA 3s and 4s - No Cardiac or Neuro.
· No Call
· Patients per shift: : 3-5 Cases (3p-11p) – 11p-7a more variability on types of cases and amounts as they are more on a ‘call’ shift
· EMR: EPIC
· Credentialing Time frame : 12 Weeks from time completed application is submitted
Requirements:
· Active unrestricted CA License
· Active BLS certifications
· 1 year of experience
· Must be Board Certified - Certified CRNA
· Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
