What you need:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
* BLS required
* Minimum of 1yr inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
* Have ability to work compassionately with persons who experience behavioral health issues
* Have basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
* Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
