POSITION SUMMARY: Provide assessment and medication management and associated administrative functions for BHcare clients.

As a dedicated member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of providing critical care to our clients. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, starting with conducting initial evaluations and ensuring ongoing psychotropic medication management in strict accordance with recognized guidelines. Your expertise may extend to Suboxone inductions, offering essential support and oversight to clients on their recovery journey.

Your meticulous documentation skills will be key, as you complete initial assessments and progress notes in adherence to BHcare policy. Collaboration is at the heart of your role, as you actively engage with fellow psychiatrists, prescribers, nurses, clinicians, and case workers in both formal and informal settings.

Together, you'll shape improved performance standards to enhance the quality of care we provide.

You'll be a lifeline for our clients, offering telephone on-call service back-up and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in treatment planning, reviewing and signing off on vital documents, from evaluations to nursing orders. Your proficiency in electronic health record systems and online prescribing platforms will be essential tools in your daily work.

Beyond your clinical duties, you'll take on supervisory responsibilities, guiding and mentoring colleagues in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Upholding agency policies and compliance with accreditation standards and licensing boards will be second nature to you.

Your commitment to professional growth will be evident as you attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring you're at the forefront of best practices. You'll also be an active participant in internal and external committees, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Lastly, your regular and consistent attendance is foundational to the success of this position. Your willingness to use your own vehicle for company business underscores your dedication to our mission. Embracing additional duties as assigned, you'll be an invaluable asset to our team and the clients we serve.
