Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

If you’re a driven, self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, challenging environment, we’re looking for you  As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs, while providing accurate and detailed information about insurance products and coverage options.  This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.  Available products include:  life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.  With the right candidate we will provide training and continuing education.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Navigating the confusing world of insurance for our clients and giving them peace or mind
Advising on policy selection, and guiding clients to determine the best insurance coverage according to their needs/wants
Building and maintaining client rapport, providing unparalleled service and continually seeking growth opportunities
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service experience

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in sales or insurance roles is beneficial but not mandatory
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to build relationships and foster a client-focused environment
High degree of self-motivation and ambition

 

Requirements:

All candidates must:

Have reliable transportation for client meetings, and in-field work
Be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED
Have active/ current Property and Casualty insurance licenses for the state of Iowa, or willingness to obtain licensing within 30 days of employment
Pass a background check as part of the recruitment process
