Our longstanding, well-established Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is thoughtfully designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a structured six-month program for entry level Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy practitioners.  This program is designed specifically for recent graduates who wish to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field. The program assists novice clinicians to become successful in an environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Mentor Program Highlights:

* A structured 6-month professional development program designed to transition a novice clinician to a confident and well-rounded professional
* Comprehensive program manual with weekly established goals and expectations
* Gradual progression of patient care over the first two months

Requirements:

* Must have valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
* Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills
* Current CPR certification
* Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as desire to develop professionally

In Westchester County, NY the standard base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to Westchester County, NY and may not be applicable to other locations.
