Dakota Vascular is looking for a primary nurse to Dr. Angelo Santos. DV provides complete vascular care, including varicose vein treatment, limb preservation, vascular surgery, and dialysis access. The nurse will provide care clinic patients with vascular conditions, disorders or diseases.


Outreach required. Will travel with the team approximately four days per month to Minnesota and South Dakota locations no overnights, day trips only.


The duties include:


Patient care and assessment such as vitals, medical history, documenting patient symptoms.


Patient education: Provide patient education regarding vascular conditions, treatment, plans, medication, and self-care techniques. Ensuring patients understand their conditions, treatment, options, and lifestyle modifications.


Documentation: maintain accurate and up-to-date, medical records, including documenting, patient assessments, treatments, medications and other pertinent information. Adhere to legal and regulatory standards of documentation.


Job requirements.

Full-time Monday-Thursday 8-5p and Friday 8-4pm) no call, no weekends, no holidays.

Two years experience in clinic setting preferred.

Must possess RN/LPN license from South Dakota next line Minnesota license required within 120 days.

Ability to undertake a variety of diverse tasks and work a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and able to handle stress.
