Role Description

This is a full-time Registered Nurse role at Iron Point Home Health Care, Inc. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and coordination of care. This role is located in Greater Sacramento but offers flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Clinical skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of various diagnoses and treatments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination of care
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively and empathetically communicate with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Time management skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unpredictable situations
  • Valid RN license in the state of California
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in home health care or similar setting (preferred)
