Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Park Terrace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Toledo, OH. The State Tested Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient vital signs, documenting patient information, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the highest level of care.


Qualifications

  • Current state certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing skills
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
