C2IMERA Operational Analysis & Training Support
The Contractor shall: Provide and coordinate C2IMERA Initial Cadre User Training and Functional Area Training to fielded wings
Provide operational and technical expertise and advise leadership in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of C2IMERA training programs
Analyze current and mid-term requirements to accurately advise leadership and recommend options to manage and improve C2IMERA training processes and procedures
Develop, review, and/or provide comments and recommendations to the C2IMERA Program Manager on training program documentation for C2IMERA
Assist with coordination of C2IMERA issues and positions across the ACC staff, draft program documentation, forward positions to AF-level authorities for lead action, and actively track the status of C2IMERA development
Assist the C2IMERA Program Manager to lead focus groups, working groups, and meetings to assess requirements, determine operational concepts and employment approaches, and set program initiatives and priorities
Participate in C2IMERA tests, evaluations, assessments, experiments, and staff level events as directed by the C2IMERA Program Manager
Assist in soliciting and coordinating ACC operator participation in test events
Assist the C2IMERA Program Manager and branch leadership to solicit and manage inputs from Wing and Air Component units and MAJCOMs on impacts of deficiencies discovered during testing or operations for consolidation into a recommended Lead Command position on fielding decisions
Liaise with Air Force Material Command Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), AOC WS System Program Office (SPO), Kessel Run, Enterprise Platform Operations Center (EPOC), ACC/A5C, ACC/A6
Advise leadership to ensure best operational outcome
Monitor and advise on adherence to approved processes, and make recommendations for continual improvement based on lessons learned and industry best practices
Assist the C2IMERA Program Manager and branch leadership in coordinating with A5C and AF bases to define warfighter requirements
Travel to provide/receive training, conduct/support meetings, and/or to collect information, study, analyze, or prove concepts, processes, or procedures required for C2IMERA development and sustainment
Plan and conduct training and instruction for Initial Cadre User Training and Functional Area Training (In-Person or Virtual) in coordination with the site representatives
Identify and monitor C2IMERA training requirements and assist the C2IMERA Program Manager with maintaining active training programs
Coordinate training requirements with site representatives, including planning and instructional content
Address training focus according to needs identified by the ACC C2IMERA Program Manager
Develop, prepare, and update necessary training materials such as detailed plans of instruction, master schedules, and course content materials including student guides and instructor guides, for the instruction of assigned personnel
Provide materials as nonproprietary items to Government customer representatives, reproducing materials as necessary for effective training with emphasis on electronic media
These materials may be classified or unclassified
Develop, prepare, and update location-specific C2IMERA Training Plans, Training Outlines, and Training Support Material (i.e., slides, handouts, etc.)
These documents may be classified or unclassified
Assist initial cadre at each site in the development of base-specific functional area directives, TTPs, and training plans
Assist wings, unit leaders, and personnel with incorporating C2IMERA capabilities into daily operations to enhance operational and support requirements
Provide C2IMERA fielding, training, system overview, and capabilities briefings to personnel at various levels
