M Health Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Medicine team at M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.

Practice Details:

* Join a team of 3 APP's and 12 MD's
* FTE: 0.6
* Weekends are 1:4
* Shifts are 12p-12a
* Fairview Northland Emergency Department is 17 beds, which included 2 trauma/critical care rooms and 2 behavioral rooms
* Level IV Trauma Center
* Annual Emergency Room volumes: 25,000+
* Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Income Details:

* Initial market competitive salary with additional earning potential.

Qualifications

* Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program
* BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC
* Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
* Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
* Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)

A minimum of 2 years of NP experience is preferred.
