Care LinQ is a Health Service Provider here in Maricopa, AZ who currently specialize in residential housing for individuals experiencing homelessness due to mental illness, and drug and alcohol dependency. We provide in house treatment and group therapies for those who are seeking an independent life. We also provide Day Treatment and Training services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.


We are seeking a highly qualified RN who wants to grow with a company who is passion about people and rendering quality care services. We are open to newly grads who want to develop their skill levels in the field of behavioral and mental health. Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate care by assessing Clients mental health needs and physical condition.
  • Identifies problems, provides appropriate treatment of medical conditions, communicates medical information to the facility Administrator.  
  • Administer medications according to the standards and criteria established by Arizona State Board of Nursing.
  • Administer Urine test for Residence
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans.
  • Monitor clients on an ongoing basis for any significant changes that may need immediate attention.
  • Establish nursing treatment plans which are specific to assessed needs of the Client which is completed at the time of admission.
  • Maintain HIPPA Compliance for the facility.
  • Must perform a nursing assessment on Clients within 30 days before admissions.
  • Training staff on the Self administration on medicines for the facilities.
  • Must be able to communicate effective to Admin staff and to Clients.


Qualifications

  • Current valid license to practice as an RN in Arizona with NO restrictions required.
  • Must have 1 year of nursing experience working behavioral/mental health.
  • Have experience working in a residential facility or with Clients who are in a group home.
  • Live in or near Maricopa, AZ (preferred)
  • Must have current TB test
  • CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification·    
  • Pre Employment Background check and Drug screening within 24hrs after offer
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
