Responsibilities Peraton currently seeks an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to provide support to a Department of Defense organization
*This is a full-time remote/telework opportunity
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Work closely with the lead engineer.
* Assist front-end developers in ensuring an intuitive user interface.
* Create and maintain Swift programs and codes.
* Create user interfaces through designing software interfaces, navigation, and information arrangement.
* Make suggestions for and practice new technologies to improve and simplify program functionality.
* Perform code reviews and provide feedback.
* Support testing and debugging.Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
* A degree in computer science or a closely linked discipline.
* Exhibited best practices for front-end UI and UX implementation.
* Expertise with code versioning technologies like Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
* Extensive familiarity with OOP concepts, Design Patterns, Algorithms, Multi-threading, and data structures to connect to back-end services.
* Knowledge of the core iOS APIs, frameworks, features, UI styles, and paradigms.
* Knowledge of Apple's design tenets and interface standards.
* Practical knowledge of JSON/XML and RESTful web services.
* Prior experience developing Swift or iOS apps.
* Working familiarity with a variety of third-party SDKs and integrations.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

#LI-ET1 Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
