BFS - PMO

Requirements are for a very seasoned Project Management team of 3 in Charlotte for 12 months min - with 1 being senior (12+) to perform the following for a large multi workstream project for document management to Iron Mountain :

Ability to interpret, articulate and engage executives at various levels

Work jointly

Hands on experience on creating project plans for large engagements

Navigate across multiple workstream deliverables to derive meaningful outcomes

Challenge the RAG and Status quo and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the outcomes and deliverables

Ability to synthesize a holistic program management overview for senior executives which should be an intelligent, insightful and succinct overview across the multiple workstreams

Hands on PowerPoint and Excel is an absolute must.

Personality to engage across multiple levels of interaction upstream and downstream across multiple persona types within the workstreams

Should be highly organized, methodical and should have done hands on program management for Large engagements

Ability to understand tactical details and at the same time translate them into strategic objectives

Should have experience in working in a very demanding environment and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to extended hours of working at times

Should be very smart and demonstrate quick thinking on the feet and should not be afarid to recommend, challenge, propose ideas and thoughts

Dynamic in approach, not afraid to provide their view when in ambiguous situations

Create roadmaps with milestones and tollgates

Should not be afraid to jump in situation of ambiguity, Demonstrate the ability to push back succinctly and provide information in a very crisp manner to execs

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE In-depth understanding of the outsourcing fundamentals, transitions knowledge, SDLC and most importantly how the business Operations function THEY DO NOT NEED A TECHNICAL RESOURCE ON THIS.
