*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, monitor their conditions, and administer treatments as needed. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in saving lives and providing the highest level of care to our patients.

* Shift : Nights 7 PM to 7:30 AM
* Shift type : 3x12
* Duration: 13 weeks with a possible extension
* Start: ASAP or 06/16/2024

*Pay details:*
* Travel Pay: $2150 to $2350 per week (Negotiable)
* Local rate ; $47 an hour

*Submission requirements:*
* Registered Nurse License required for Maryland or Compact
* Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, certification.
* Minimum 2 years of current Rn ICU experience - REQUIRED

*Additional information:*
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
* Experience with CRRT, Balloon Pumps, PA-Catheters/Swans is required.
* Must be willing to precept as needed.
