Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Nurse (RN) at BlueSummit Medical Group. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality home care services to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This position is based in Staunton, VA, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in home care or a related healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are beneficial
