SUPERVISORY FLIGHT TEST SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties
• You will lead, supervise, and manage the Test Conduct Section.
• You will be responsible for planning and directing the workload of the Test Conductors and MicroSpeech.
• You will be responsible for test conduct in advising aircrews of flight restrictions, down radar systems, and real time changes of test resources and overall responsible for test execution.
• You will process and maintain Range Safety and environmental logs, accident/incident reports, and other routine correspondence
Requirements Conditions of Employment

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge in range operations, range safety, ordnance safety, and environmental policies; 2) Planning and scheduling Test Conductors; 3) Understanding complex mission requirements and coordinating multiple range resources; 3) Processing and maintaining Range Safety and environmental logs, accident/incident reports, and other routine correspondence; 4) Participating in scheduling process, event planning, resource management, event review, resolving conflicts as needed and approval via the Ranges event planning tool (TRMS)
