Learn more at: C3 AIC3 AI has an opening for a Product Manager, Law Enforcement located onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City. As a Product Manager, Law Enforcement, you will serve as the primary focal point for C3 AI product efforts in AI-based criminal investigation use cases including relationship networks, entity correlation, and behavioral patterns. You will leverage your prior experience in law enforcement, intelligence analysis, or similar investigative roles and gain deep expertise in our products. You will develop intelligence analysis-focused enterprise AI SaaS applications that will deliver meaningful business value for our local and state government customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the planning, design, and implementation stages of C3 AI applications to positively impact our success.Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and own all aspects of your SaaS products: Vision for a comprehensive feature roadmapDetailed product specification documentationUser experience, customer satisfaction, and QAMarket positioning, customer targeting and segmentationDifferentiated collateral to support sales, including customer testimonials and case studiesDevelop a thorough understanding of C3 AI SaaS Applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customersSupport pre-sales activities (workshops, demonstrations, pilots) to build credibility with prospective customers and ensure use cases are aligned to product roadmapPositively influence sales, engineering, and customers to ensure success of your productCollaborate with the C3 AI Customer Success team to ensure our customers deliver on their digital transformation visionEffectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationshipRegular travel (25+%) to customer sitesQualifications:Bachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred5+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or criminal law. Project, educational, or self-taught experience in big data, analytics, and data science is a plusSignificant relevant experience in, or supporting, criminal case building for small government or law enforcement. The ideal candidate will fluently understand the criminal investigation workflow and the systems used within governments.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving skills and bias for action – you have the ability to navigate both business and technical domains and will guide internal and external implementation teamsTime-management and prioritization – you are comfortable simultaneously working across many projects, both collaboratively across diverse teams (including customer-facing and internal teams) and self-starting initiativesDesire to quickly grow subject matter expertise in intelligence and law enforcement use cases – you are excited to learn about both C3 AI technology and relevant applications across the real estate sectorValue self-learning – you habitually further your understanding of relevant areas of interest, such as AI, cloud computing, and software developmentCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan.
