Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring and documenting patient progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Experience in providing direct patient care and administering medications
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
