Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts Available: Various shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Location: Huntington, NY - Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Salary: $38-45 per hour, commensurate with experience

Health Source Group is seeking talented and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at the Huntington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. New grads are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Perform required skills such as assessments and interventions following guidelines, forms, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop care plans based on residents' specific needs, demonstrating knowledge of assessment criteria.
  • Implement care plans, prioritize resident needs, and carry out physician orders including medication administration, IV starts, treatments, procedures, and special tests.
  • Document treatments and care according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good observation and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of resident care.


Qualifications:


  • Current New York State RN license.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree; BSN preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in Long Term Care or hospital settings preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, creativity, and strong observational and analytical abilities.
