We are thrilled to invite applications for a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon position to take over a turnkey practice our client in Effingham, IL. This is an opportunity to join a growing Orthopedic Surgery clinic within a well-established hospital system that has served midwest communities since 1875. The incoming candidate can enjoy strong and stable earnings, a light call schedule, and a broad scope of practice. This Hospital and Medical Group provide a very close-knit community of physicians with all the support they need to thrive and succeed in their collective mission. Job Details:
  • Well-equipped facilities with 4 Exam Rooms, 10 ORs, X-Ray, CT scan, and on-site imaging.
  • Bread and Butter Orthopedic Surgery with strong clinical and surgical support
  • Base Salary of at least $715K + Productivity Bonus, current surgeons working above the 60th percentile
  • $90K in Bonuses available
  • Compensated Call, 6-7 days per month
  • Patient Service Population exceeding 75,000
  • New Grads Welcome
