If you're passionate about achieving goals, trying new things and making an impact every day, we want to hear from youPosition Summary:We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Finance to provide financial leadership and support to the Finance and Supply Chain teams. This individual will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be closely aligned with the Chief Supply Chain Officer. They are responsible for leading the company's Supply Chain finance team, leading financial forecasting and analysis, and monitoring and reporting of actual results. They will also be responsible for developing annual budgets, capital analysis, spending proposals, analyzing finances around manufacturing, logistics, sourcing and co-manufacturing.What You'll Do:Provide strategic analysis to identify key drivers of financial trends within the supply chainLead and improve monthly and quarterly reporting with the ability to identify KPI's and explain variances within resultsLead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, including the oversight of the development of standard costs across our plantsPartner cross functionally within the finance function to:Proactively identify business drivers with the commercial finance team across all sales channelsDevelop and evaluate business cases for potential innovation projects, capital investments, or new/modified customer requestsPartner with commercial finance, demand planning, and supply planning to lead an effective S&OP processPartner with FP&A for transparent reporting and timely analysis for executive review and Board presentationsPartner with accounting to analyze results and ensure GAAP reportingOversee process to define and deliver ad hoc analysis, standard reports, and recommendations to CFO and executive teamDevelop deep collaborative relationships with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to support effective and efficient cross-functional work, information flow and problem solving, including:Define and establish the operational strategies, processes and tools to manage and monitor the performance of Supply Chain end to endOversee development of the monthly SC Productivity forecast vs budget and prior yearSupport the operational base and productivity portions of the annual operating planProvide direction and recommendations to improve the Company's standard cost methods / practices including BOMs, applied labor and OHManage prioritization of projects and team workload to best serve the needs of the team and the businessPartner to lead the inventory management of the business, including understanding end of life options and financial analysis of the impact of various recipesDefine the best in class future state of the supply chain finance organizationIdentify opportunities to automate historically manual processes and reportingRecruit, retain, and develop talentIdentify and recommend opportunities for cross-training with the broader teamReview existing processes for improvement and efficienciesAbility to effectively communicate complex financial and operational information at an executive level to the CFO, CSCO, and the executive leadership team, as well as to the broader teamEngage with the IT team to assist with planning and execution of an ERP implementationOversight of cost accounting, PPV, financial impact of manufacturing variances, etc.Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities for the businessEnsure sufficient financial controls to protect the businessWho You Are:A track record of team building and organizational development both within Finance team and cross-functionally; experience applying Continuous Improvement and Lean principals to drive improvement (i.e. ZLA)Ability to connect the dots of a long value chain across multiple functions and to define and drive coordinated and cohesive team efforts for analysis and reporting across the value chainComprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes with the ability to identify profit drivers and knowledgeably speak to the state of the business on a day-to-day basisSkilled problem solver with ability to look at business situations with a productive balance of strategic and tactical thinking and drive towards effective and practical solutionsExperience transforming the financial function from reactive to proactive, while improving financial controls, policies and proceduresRequirements: 12+ years of experience in multi-unit cost/managerial accounting in an manufacturing sector, preferably high-volume CPG manufacturing.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required;
