Aimed at business, we offer comprehensive quality improvement solutions, helping businesses quickly build quality technology capabilities in areas such as quality built-in, testing efficiency, automated testing, change risk prevention and control, architectural risk governance, and monitoring and emergency response.What you will do:- Responsible for analyzing and identifying the pain points of code quality in business, providing solutions, and promoting implementation to ultimately improve the code quality.- Responsible for building the measurement and insight mechanism of business code quality, decision-making improvements, and system optimization, guiding the continuous improvement of code quality.- Responsible for the development of tools and platforms for quality built-in (static code scanning, unit testing, CodeReview, code complexity control, architecture metrics, self-testing and integration, etc.), achieving scalable improvements in code quality.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related major.- Established experience in static code scanning, unit testing, CodeReview, code complexity control, architecture metrics, self-testing and integration, and efficiency improvement.- Able to accurately and comprehensively understand the business, analyze quality pain points, and design reasonable solutions for code quality improvement.Preferred qualifications:- Experience in improving the efficiency of a large organization is preferred;- Successful track record of large scale project implementation is preferred;- Experience in both server-side and client-side R&D process improvement experience is preferred.
