Being bilingual is highly preferred for this position, as this position provides a wide variety of general administrative support to multiple Managers throughout the facility. Coordinates office services, such as ordering office supplies, answering the phone, organize employee and community events and helping visitors, vendors, contractors, etc., when they come to the plant. Collecting and analyzing invoices for processing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists management with paperwork and or other tasks as needed.Researching accounts for receivables, activity, payments, deductions, credits, write-offs. This includes maintaining all proper documentation is in order.Communicating with customers on payment and billing issues.Backing up for other areas and departments as needed.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in writing, orally or diagram forms.Tasks and duties are always changing, must be willing to change/modify/ adapt quicklymust be community oriented be able to attend and help with events throughout the community that jbs is involved in EXPERIENCE BISIC KNOWLEDGE - SKILLS - Requirements/ PreferencesStrong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and good with numbersMust be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Must be able to examine and verify financial documents and reports.Must be able to prepare a variety of reports and analyses.Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required.Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, methods and equipment knowledge of the production or Manufacturing environment is very helpfulWilling to be flexible, have time management skills and complete tasks in a timely manner.Bilingual is highly preferred.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma/GED - preferred but not required.EOE/VETs/DISABLED
