Description: The Interventionist will work extensively with students to help them improve specific reading skills, such as letter naming, initial sounds, phoneme segmentation, and comprehension strategies and/or mathematics skills such as number sense, computation, and algebraic thinking. Following the grade-level PLC teams intervention plan, the Interventionist provides guidance to a team of Instructional Aides in the delivery of individual or small group interventions and conducts individual or small group interventions.
