STAT Home Health in Lafayette, LA is seeking Full-Time and Part-time/PRN Registered Nurses (RN)

$5,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time employment

Our vast network of healthcare providers allows us to provide optimal patient care and seamless transition across service lines.

Essential duties include:

* Supervise patient care
* Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
* Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
* Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
* Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications:

* Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
* Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
* Current CPR Certification
* Compassionate and great time management skills
* Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
