Our 115,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.The Sr. Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s manufacturing and supply chain cybersecurity program, which is designed to ensure that the operational cybersecurity risks impacting the company’s operations and supply chain are addressed aligned with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Sr. Director will work with leaders across the organization to understand both internal and external cybersecurity risks and develop risk response plans. The Sr. Director will partner across various corporate and division functions (e.g., Legal, Regulatory) to understand and assess regulatory and compliance requirements that may impact the organization’s technology and data and ensure controls are appropriately implemented and monitored.Core Job Responsibilities:Provide vision and leadership in the development and execution of a Manufacturing & Supply Chain cybersecurity program, including aligning with business and product strategy, gaining executive approval and support, and overseeing successful executionMaintain and operate a global Manufacturing security program (people, process technology) to ensure cybersecurity risks are identified, assessed and appropriate risk response plans are developed and implemented across various global business functions/capabilities such as: Internal Manufacturing Sites, Third Party Manufacturers, Supply Chain, Business Applications/Projects, and Key Infrastructure components;  Evaluate various entities (product suppliers, OEM, Systems Integrators, Contractors) part of manufacturing supply chain and develop a risk management and vendor qualification/renewal programRoadmap and develop robust program through the lens of cybersecurity resiliency for Manufacturing & Supply Chain operations across Abbott;  Propose solutions that enable and support digitalization/Industry 4.0 initiatives for manufacturingIdentify opportunities to implement IT security controls that mitigate the chance of ransomware attacks or similar incidentsWorking with IT and OT stakeholders develop a standardized process to verify and optimize the performance of security controls to align with the objectives of Manufacturing security programResponsible for orchestrating the adoption of the cybersecurity framework within Manufacturing & Supply Chain (e.g., risk assessment/management, awareness/training, incident response, critical initiatives, and external engagements) while engaging leadership to report on status and coordinate initiatives; Lead engagements with stakeholders for establishing roles and responsibilities RACI model in support of the Manufacturing security programBuild & maintain global OT cybersecurity program. This includes identification and assessment of global regulations and standards that impact the organization. Development of roadmaps, strategy & plans to ensure organization policies, procedures and controls are designed and operating effectively.Partner with corporate and business functions (e.g., Legal, Privacy, Quality & Regulatory) to establish and maintain risk and compliance management policies, frameworks and procedures and ensure awareness and adoption across the organization.Collaborate with an integrated team of Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity stakeholders, while leading projects, delivering solutions, and expanding OT and broader critical infrastructure cyber offeringsSr. Director will collaborate with leadership across Business functions including GOC & ECMT to guide the strategy and direction of IT/OT cybersecurity offeringsManage an operating budget and project spend with financial discipline; Establish and maintain a resource model that can flex as neededBuild and maintain executive relationships necessary for the successful execution of the cybersecurity risk management and compliance program. This includes developing and maintaining external and internal relationships to influence development and implementation of policies, procedures and cybersecurity controls. Develop a consistent and repeatable operating model for engaging with sites and building relationships Develop a standardized approach to monitor and maintain metrics to support the measurement of program and operational effectiveness and provide updates to various levels of corporate and division leadership.Maintain strong external stakeholder (e.g. regulators, customers, industry partners) and proactively engage in industry groups and forums to assist in the development of industry standards and provide input into security policies and regulations.Education & Experience/Training:Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Information Security, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of equivalent experienceExperience working in a product engineering, support or Product/ Information security is preferredSuccess in bridging technology and business areasStrong understanding of cybersecurity risk and compliance management programs and their interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge of national and international regulatory and  compliance frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, EU DPD, HIPAA/HITECHCertifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CPP or CFE are preferredRequires strong analytical skills, business intelligence, effective communication, interpersonal skills, organizational intelligence, relationship management, the ability to make meaningful decisions based on sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of roles from Executive Management to Risk and Compliance Analysts.In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk and compliance best practicesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to create collaborative relationships with colleagues and influence without authorityJob SummaryJob number: 31059136Date posted : 2023-06-07Profession: Information TechnologyEmployment type: Full time
