General Information

*Title:* PCU Registered Nurse

*Contract Length:* 13 weeks

*Pay:* Negotiable (starting at $54/hr)

*Target Start Date:* June 17th, 2024

*Shift: *7 am - 7 pm, 7 pm - 7 am

*Weekend Requirement:* every other weekend

*Float Requirement:* as needed in skillset

*Experience Required: *
* Minimum 2+ year of experience required in Acute care settings.

*Certifications and license:*
* AHA BLS
* Michigan RN State license in Hand

*Education:*
* BSN is required

*Job Description:*

* Monitoring of vital signs, ventilator, arterial lines, chest tubes, lab values, intra-aortic Patient, and family education.
* Administered prescribed medications, started intravenous fluids, and documented patients' charts by recording food and fluid intake and output.
* Monitored chest tubes, JP drains, PD catheters, nephrostomy tubes and pacer wires.
* Started and maintained peripheral IV's, Implanted Ports, PICC lines.

Job Types: Full-time, Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour
