Job description

We are seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or PA to become a part of our team You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Position is Part time 2 to 3 days per week mainly performing Good Faith Exams for new patients.


Qualifications

•Valid Medical license and in good standing

•Special skills desired: Injectables, Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, and Micro-needling

•Experience with all Medical Spa services

•Able to multi task and improvise on the spur of the moment

•High energy, able to work in fast-paced environment

•Excellent sense of time management, prompt, runs on time

•Good sense of humor

•Self-motivated

•Previous experience in aesthetics or other medical fields

•Ability to build rapport with patients

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong leadership qualities


Responsibilities

•You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team

•May deliver aesthetic treatments according to the protocols and rituals guaranteeing the ultimate Medical Spa experience. Based on experience and certifications in this field

•Providers must portray a professional self-image and master treatment/ product technical knowledge and skills

•May perform injectables, lasers, IPL, skin tightening, micro-needling and other procedures according to the Medical Spa manual. Based on experience and certifications in this field

•Knows how to perform all Medical Spa treatments and knows products

•Practices all treatment protocols and rituals

•Interacts cooperatively with other Medical Spa team members to provide a seamless guest experience

•Presents a warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers

•Adheres to high professional image standard such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle

•Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations

•Actively builds repeat clientele

•Attends and participates in all general and team meetings

•Assists the Medical Spa team whenever asked

•Maintains an organized and sanitary treatment suite

•Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing education

•Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution

•Makes effective use of sampling program as well as tracking

results of those samples

•When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various positions

•Assists new team members to help them grow

•Completes daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety

•Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics

•Maintains a positive and professional attitude

•Sets and achieves goals and targets

•Enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers

•Seeks out knowledge and enjoys learning/strives for professional growth

•Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

• Arrives to work on time. Dependable, does not constantly reschedule your patient's


Pay is based on Aesthetic experience.
