Dump Truck Driver (6) Temporary,Full Time Position 4/1/24-12/1/24 Drive a tractor-trailer
combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May
be required to unload truck. Requires commercial drivers' license. Includes tow truck drivers for
Capital Trucking, LLC. for DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN Shawnee,
Douglas, Jefferson, Osage, Franklin, Jackson, Anderson, Wabaunsee, Lyon , Pottawatomie ,Geary
,Riley ,Coffey , Atchison County, KS CDL DRIVERS LICENSE; ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50
POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Random Drug testing per DOT guidelines for
CDL's. Must pass post-employment road test to evaluate driving ability. Must have CDL or if outside
USA , equivalent. Transportation to & from worksites provided from Topeka , 40hr/wk. Mon-FRIDAY,
Hours vary but within 7:00am-6:00pm. 8 hours per day. , $23.02 hr., OT $ 34.53 hr. Single workweek
computation, Pd biweekly. Merit based raises available at employer discretion. , Optional employer
provided housing at $88.00 per week or $176 per pay period. The following is also available: Paid

Transportation (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) to the place of employment will
be provided, or its costs to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes 1/2 the employment period.
Ret. transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employ period or is dismissed early
by the employer. Employer will provide daily subsistence of $15.46 per day during travel to a max.of
$59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all
visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the
government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges
primarily for the benefit of the worker).

Credentials Needed
CDL DRIVERS LICENSE; ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS
REQUIRED. Random Drug testing per DOT guidelines for CDL's. Must pass post-employment road
