We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work PRN at our Stanley Jones and Associates in Rochester, MN. Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. Our focus on clinical development and quality care sets us apart from the rest. We are offering a 5k signing bonus

This on-call position is eligible for:

* Competitive base pay rate at $35 per hour
* Generous $5,000 signing bonus

* Flexible scheduling, holidays not required, but holiday shifts for double time pay are available

Requirements:

* Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
* Current license/registration in the State of MN
* Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus

* Demonstrates good documentation skills
* Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills

* Demonstrate knowledge of therapy payers
