Build the future of data. Join the Snowflake team.As a Senior Developer Demand Generation Manager, you will create engagement and drive growth of our developer audiences. You will own and execute campaigns that include: large-scale virtual events, webinars, hands-on labs, paid digital, email and more to deliver tailored marketing messages and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. You will also excel at working cross-functionally with product marketing, developer relations and the Snowflake partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will embody our company values, be creative and have a collaborative work ethic, strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making and a passion to deliver programs and projects that drive the growth and health of our business. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of our marquee global developer event series.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including webinars and hands-on labs email marketing, content marketing and paid advertising.Reporting: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), drive pipeline and measure growth in order to ensure the success of ongoing integrated campaign activities.Nurturing: Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates. Share best practices with the greater demand generation team. WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:Minimum 5 years of experience developing & executing integrated marketing campaigns. Understanding of the developer audience.Experience program-managing large-scale events.Experience growing a database organically.Experience working with third-party developer publications.Extensive marketing tech stack experience including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Bizzabo or virtual event platforms, Mutiny, 6Sense, Intellimize and more. Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages.The ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand. The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $133,000 - $185,800.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
