Our mission is to empower our members to lead healthier, happier lives, and we are seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team and contribute to this mission. Position Summary: As a Certified Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness Latrobe, you will play a crucial role in guiding our members on their fitness journeys. You will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized exercise and nutrition plans, conducting fitness assessments, and providing ongoing support and motivation. Your primary goal is to help our members achieve their fitness objectives while promoting a positive and inclusive fitness environment. Key Responsibilities: * Client Assessment: Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand members' goals, fitness levels, and any health concerns. * Customized Training Plans: Create individualized exercise and nutrition plans tailored to meet members' specific goals and preferences. * Personalized Coaching: Provide one-on-one or small group training sessions that motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques, form, and nutrition. * Progress Monitoring: Continuously track and evaluate members' progress, adjusting their fitness plans as necessary to ensure results. * Educational Support: Educate members on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, including exercise, nutrition, and recovery strategies. * Customer Engagement: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the gym, engaging with members, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service. * Safety and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that members are using equipment safely and effectively. * Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, certifications, and industry knowledge to provide the best service to members. Qualifications: * Current certification from a recognized personal training organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA). * CPR/AED certification. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others succeed. * Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals. * Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Previous personal training experience is a plus.
