Position Summary:Bessemer Trust is seeking a Procurement Analyst with proven experience in an integrated ERP environment. Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders and an analytical approach will be essential. In addition, the hired candidate will need a focus on enhancing controls and improving processes, strong communication and problem solving skills, and a desire to invest in building a successful career with a premier firm.  Responsibilities:Participate in the end-to-end procurement process (P2P) for office related purchases in Oracle Fusion ERP including:Receiving and processing requisitionsAdministering purchase ordersAssisting the Accounts Payable department, as necessaryPreparing and maintaining purchasing reports and records Monitoring status of orders, contracts, and related invoice paymentsAssisting in RFP/RFQ processesEnsuring product inventory is current and in compliance with departmental policiesPerforming periodic reviews of outstanding purchase orders and resolving any open issuesParticipate in the management of recurring contractsProperly recording and tracking contracts in Oracle ERPCoordinating with business owners during the contract renewal process Assisting the finance department with the development of annual project plans and quarterly forecasts relating to recurring contractsParticipating in negotiations with external suppliersAssist in maintenance of the supplier registry in Oracle Fusion ERPCoordinating with business owners to onboard new vendors in ERPAiding in the creation of supplier records in ERPAssisting in evaluation of supplier performanceServe as a resource for IT / Finance / Accounting in their preparation of requisitionsProviding accounting specific support to stakeholdersInitiating and coding purchase orders to facilitate appropriate accounting entriesCommunicating and enforcing procurement process policies and proceduresQualifications:An undergraduate business degree, required1-3 years purchasing or procurement experience, preferred Knowledge of general procurement policies, procedures and best practicesUnderstanding of the entire procurement cycle in an automated ERP environment, Oracle Fusion or equivalent preferredProven ability to work well in a team environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and self-motivatedExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesStrong PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on ExcelExperience with Tableau or equivalent (Qlik, Power BI, etc.)Able to work overtime as required, sometimes with short notice
