* EDUCATION - Bachelor's
* EXPERIENCE - Minimum/no experience required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

* Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
* ACLS (ACLS): ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
* Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
