Job Details:
  • Type of Locum Provider Needed: CRNA
  • Reason for Need: Introducing new orthopedic shifts in the model
  • Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
  • Schedule: Every weekend
  • Call Scheduled: No
  • Supervision: Provided by MDs
  • Type of Cases Required: Ortho - Block experience required
  • Required Proficiencies: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
  • Caselogs Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
  • Number of Providers During the Day: 1 ortho shift
  • Vaccination Required: Flu shot, COVID proofs (or declination), and 2 negative TB tests or 1 Quantiferon; Varicella
  • Licensure Requirements: Providers will not receive a hospital application until they have a full CRNA license, and no temporary privileges are being granted on-site.
